BEGINNERS
Squash & Squash57 (Racketball)

 

We will continue to expand our video content at present there are over 65 video tutorials for beginners (Squash & Squash57) covering the basics such as the grip, basic drills, the serve, forehand and backhand.

Down the wall into service box drill. This solo drill helps you start to control the ball as you hit it deeper into the court. Use the height of the front wall - you don't have to hit it very hard if you hit higher onto the front wall

The Serve Level 1. What you need to do to try and hit a good forehand serve as a beginner.

Basic Boast drill. This drill helps you get a feel to hitting a basic boast, by hitting the ball on to the side wall and then back again using your forehand & backhand.
